Answer: Using vinyl composition tiles adhesive is not so recommended. A heavy-duty construction adhesive or liquid Nails Heavy Duty Construction Adhesive is often recommended.
Question: What is the best way to cut these down to size?

Answer: You can use a utility knife or a circular saw with a fine-toothed blade. When cutting the panels, make sure to measure and mark the cutting lines accurately.
